Our Mission

Our Mission - Nurturing Discipleship

Neenah Lutheran School exists to reach out with the gospel, assisting parents in educating, encouraging, and equipping their children for life and eternity.

Our Purpose

Our Purpose - Serving your Child and our Savior

As a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, Neenah Lutheran operates a preschool through eighth grade Lutheran school to assist parents in following God’s command in Ephesians 6:4 to “…bring up your children in the training and instruction of the Lord.”

Our purpose is to assist parents in the Christian development of the whole child: spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, intellectually, and creatively.

Our goal is to lay a foundation for a love of learning through careful instruction taught in the light of God’s inspired and errorless Word.

Specifically, these goals are accomplished by:

  • faithfully teaching the Word of God in obedience to God’s command.

  • Equipping the children to be lifelong students of the Bible who use the Word of God in their daily living and are able and willing to share the saving truth of Jesus Christ with others.

  • Cultivating an inquiring mind and thinking skills

  • Experiencing, appreciating, and respecting God’s creation.

  • Providing an opportunity for the child to develop socially with other children.

  • Acquiring knowledge and skills.

  • developing a positive self-concept.

  • learning personal responsibility.

Learning Through Play

But Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.’
— Luke 18:16-17
